 | Advanced provides special insurance coverage at a charge of $1.00 per $100.00 value.

| All round trips are double rate. |
| Weight is charged as follows: |
No charge up to 10 pounds for deliveries in the first three zones. An additional
charge of 5 cents per pound will be assessed for any weight in excess of 10 pounds.
There is a 50 pound allowance for all remaining zones. For any weight in excess of
50 pounds, an additional charge of 5 cents per pound will be assessed.
